The Children's Foundation (TCF) is a non-profit 501c3 corporation founded in 1994 and incorporated in 1995 for the purpose of helping children and youth in needy or desperate circumstances. The goal of The Children's Foundation is to provide hope, opportunity, to restore and positively change lives through orphanages, outreach programs, and educational scholarship opportunities.
